**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **high-quality instruction** on aircraft maintenance fundamentals, safety protocols, aviation regulations, and systems.
- Collaborate with course developers, providing technical guidance to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Review, develop, and revise training programs using **Systems Approach to Training (SAT) or ADDIE methodology**.
- Prepare and maintain **training syllabi** and lesson plans tailored to various knowledge levels.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee learning and provide **remedial training as needed**.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster an **engaging learning environment**.
- Keep detailed records of trainee progress and collaborate with other instructors to enhance training quality.
- Support general housekeeping for assigned training areas.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Civilian aircraft maintenance license or certification** (e.g., **A&P; certificate or B1 license**).




- **Bachelor’s degree** in Aircraft Maintenance, Airframe & Powerplant, Electrical/Avionics, or related discipline (**highly desirable**).
- Certification in **instructional techniques** or Train-the-Trainer programs (**preferred**).
- **Minimum 3 years of instructional experience** in aircraft maintenance with a manufacturer or civilian/military organization **or** **8+ years of practical experience** with a proven aptitude for training.
- Prior experience in **military aviation units** (**preferred**).
- Proficiency in **training methodologies** and management using SAT or ADDIE (**highly desirable**).
