Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.

We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures.

**About our Learning & Communications Team**

The Learning & Communications team, part of our Customer Experience area, bridges the gap between product capabilities and user understanding. We work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Tech Support, and Product teams to craft learning journeys and deliver impactful communication strategies. Our mission is to ensure users adopt Emi successfully and experience its full potential through innovative tools like academi, our learning platform.

**What you'll be doing**

As a Learning & Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the design, development, and execution of training and communication initiatives for our end users. You'll collaborate with the Learning & Communications Manager to create engaging content, implement learning strategies,



and ensure users are equipped to adopt Emi successfully through _academi _and other tools.

**Tasks/Activities**:

- Collaborate with the Learning & Communications Manager to identify client training needs and audience profiles.
- Develop creative training content such as videos, interactive tutorials, guides, and interactive courses, utilizing academi as the central delivery platform.
- Ensure the execution and delivery of learning and communication solutions, including mailings, announcements, and internal updates for users.
- Implement learning strategies aligned with Change Management best practices to drive user adoption.
- Partner with internal teams to align training materials with client and business goals.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback to improve both training content and communication effectiveness.
- Utilize educational design tools and platforms to produce high-quality, accessible communication and learning through academi.

**What we're looking for**:

- 1+ years of experience in training design, educational content creation, or communications roles.
- Hands-on experience developing digital training materials (e.g., videos, tutorials, or e-learning).
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, educational platforms and communication tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and craft engaging messages.

- Team-oriented and collaborative, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
