**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement scalable backend services, data models, and API endpoints
- Integrate third-party APIs and build internal services that support product features
- Build responsive, modular UI components based on Figma designs
- Maintain consistency across the front-end architecture and shared component systems
- Optimize client-side performance and improve UX using modern patterns and best practices
- Write tests across the stack to ensure stable, reliable releases
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to increase development speed,



test coverage, and improve code quality
- Contribute to continuous refactoring and improvements

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of full-stack engineering or backend-heavy product engineering experience
- Strong experience developing both front-end and backend features end-to-end
- Ability to translate product and design requirements into technical plans and clean implementations
- Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, and API integrations
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
- Strong attention to detail, engineering discipline, and reliability
- Self-driven, able to thrive in fast-moving startup environments
- Stable internet connection and ability to work independently

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US EST/CST
