**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop medical strategy and tactical plan to achieve better health outcomes, inspired by patients and consumers, guided by science, and leveraging technology.
- Utilize strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organization.
- Lead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysis.
- Deep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor data.
- Good understanding of the impact and evolution of healthcare systems.
- Lead creation and implementation of medical plans.




- Ability to rapidly assimilate new data and integrate into therapeutic area.
- Active participation in the strategic brand planning process for Inmunology portfolio.

**About you**
- **Experience**: Medical professional with experience leading medical strategy for dermatology portfolios. Proven ability to drive therapeutic insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
- **Soft skills**: Results orientation, people leadership, relationship and influence.
- **Technical skills**: Strong relationships with key KOLs and major medical associations. Solid understanding of the healthcare system in Argentina.
- **Languages**: Spanish and advanced English.
