**THE ROLE**

The Education Supervisor for the Southern Cone of Latin America will be responsible for strengthening relationships with distributor partners and the professional stylist community in the region. This role involves developing and executing training strategies that support brand growth, in close collaboration with both local and regional Sales and Marketing teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.



Training & Capability Building
- Deliver high-impact training sessions (in-person and digital) to distributor teams, salon professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Adapt and implement integral education content to meet local market needs.
- Coach and support distributor educators to ensure consistent brand messaging and technical excellence.

2. Community Engagement
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with salon owners, key stylists, and local influencers.
- Collaborate on content strategies for social media, digital platforms, and professional campaigns.

3. Strategic Execution
- Ensure education coverage and effectiveness across all touchpoints (F2F, digital, hybrid).
- Promote education as a commercial tool to drive brand loyalty and business growth.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align education plans with business objectives.
- Represent the voice of the stylist community in regional and multifunctional meetings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education & Experience
- Certified hairdresser or completed training in cosmetology.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on salon experience (color,



cutting, styling).
- Prior experience as a technical trainer in the beauty industry is highly valued.

Technical Skills
- Confident public speaker with strong facilitation and stage presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Basic understanding of content creation tools and social media (Instagram, TikTok).

Languages
- Spanish (native level).
- English (basic level).
