**Responsabilidades**:
Gestionar el pago de los clientes en mora, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos del área

Analizar y solucionar los inconvenientes que se presenten durante el contacto, para garantizar la gestión integral al cliente. Todo esto siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos ya establecidos por el área, manteniendo en todo momento un apego a nuestros valores

Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente poniendo como centro mejorar su experiência.

Resolver cada inquietud del cliente de un modo integral, buscando prolongar así su permanencia, satisfacción y valoración de nuestro servicio.
