We combine strong creative execution with a growing emphasis on data, strategy, and performance optimization .
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-minded Social + Data Marketing Specialist who can transform short-form video content into real lead generation outcomes —not just views or engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of social media, analytics, and strategy , and who enjoys collaborating with creative teams to guide what content gets produced and why.
This is a part-time, flexible role with the potential to grow as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a social media management and analytics platform (e.g., Sprout Social or similar):
- Scheduling
- Tagging
- Reporting
- Performance insights
- Run a weekly performance optimization loop :
- Identify what to repeat, adjust, or test next
- Translate social performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Write and optimize:
- Short-form hooks
- Captions
- CTAs (including DM keyword prompts)
- With a focus on driving consultation inquiries
- Conduct light competitor and market research to identify:
- Content gaps
- Positioning opportunities
- Build and refine content strategies aligned to the patient journey :
- Trust Education Proof Conversion
- Partner with creatives by providing data-driven guidance on:
- Hook structure and pacing
- CTA optimization
- Topic and format selection
Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience turning social content into leads
- Strong understanding of social performance analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools like Sprout Social, GoHighLevel, or similar
- Ability to convert data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with medical, dental, med spa, or local service-based marketing (strong plus)
- Comfortable working in a lean, startup-style environment
Nice to Have
- Experience contributing to or leading client strategy discussions
- Strong creative instincts for short-form video performance
- Familiarity with North American healthcare marketing standards
Work Structure
- Part-time, flexible schedule

- Mostly async collaboration with occasional EST-friendly syncs

Compensation
- Hourly-based, dependent on experience and availability
- Versátil budget, open to:
