About the role
As a Senior Tehcnical Writer, you’ll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain high-quality API documentation, including reference guides, integration manuals, and developer guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand API functions, endpoints, authentication, and error handling
- Ensure API documentation aligns with RESTful best practices and industry standards
- Leverage Confluence, Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), and DITA XML to structure, manage, and deliver content efficiently




- Design and maintain information architecture and taxonomy for technical content
- Develop and review technical examples in PostgreSQL, APIs, Terraform, and Microsoft Azure to support developer documentation
- Work closely with developers to create meaningful code samples and use cases
- Validate technical accuracy by testing API calls and infrastructure configurations
- Establish documentation standards, style guides, and templates
- Identify and implement improvements in content delivery, structure, and discoverability
- Manage and optimize content using Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure scalability and reusability
