In this role, you will be the sole Flutter expert on the team, taking full ownership of the mobile architecture and collaborating directly with stakeholders to turn a high-level vision into a robust technical reality.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Development: Lead the development, maintenance, and scaling of mobile applications using Flutter.Architectural Ownership: Define and implement best practices for mobile architecture, state management (Cubit/Bloc), and the Repository pattern with Dependency Injection.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the client and internal teams to define functionality, technical roadmaps and project discovery.Release Management: Manage the full deployment lifecycle through App Store Connect and Google Play Console.Consultative Approach: Confidently present technical solutions and ideas directly to the client, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.Integration:



Manage JSON REST APIs and ensure seamless offline-first experiences and efficient caching.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years focused on FlutterDeep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and best practicesPractical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play ConsoleStrong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in an environment where requirements are defined collaboratively by the team, rather than simply handed downExcellent English skills (written and spoken), with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions directly to the clientExperience helping clients define functionality and technical roadmaps based on a high-level visionNice to HaveStrong interest in new technologies and healthcare (HealthTech)Previous experience working on healthcare projectsExperience in project/product technical discovery, including the ability to compare tools and services and recommend the best optionsExperience using AI tools in daily work and actively seeking ways to streamline and improve efficiency
