- Maintainandupdateapplicanttrackingsystems(ATS)andrecruitmentrecords
- Prepareandmanageallpre-employmentdocumentation(welcomepacks,etc.)
- Coordinatenewhireorientationandensureasmoothfirst-dayexperience
- Workwithcross-functionalteams(IT,facilities,payroll)toensureallonboardingneedsaremet
- Introducenewemployeestocompanyculture,policies,andsystems
- Followupwithnewhiresduringtheonboardingperiodtoensureapositiveintegration
- Coordinateallstepsoftheoffboardingprocess,includingexitinterviews,finaldocumentation,anddeactivationofaccess
