Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for an FP&A; Specialist who wants more than maintaining spreadsheets — someone who wants to improve systems,



automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight.
- Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L; reporting, reforecasting, and business planning
- Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions, not just insights
- Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L;, KPIs, and cash burn
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI
- Improve FP&A; processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation
- Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role in a fast-moving, remote‑first environment.
- 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A; or similar financial roles
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments is a strong plus
