We’re looking for a part- time and/or full-time Bookkeeper who lives and breathes QuickBooks Online, keeps financial records spotless, and communicates clearly in English.

About the Company:

This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading provider of Quality of Earnings and due diligence services for online business acquisitions. They work with business buyers—searchers, aggregators, family offices, and first-time acquirers to help them make confident, informed decisions.

Location: LatAm - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and XERO (experience desired, not mandatory)
- Handle reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP management, and month-end close
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Track expenses, income, AR/AP, and general ledger
- Prepare financial data for reviews and decision‑making
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders in English

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful




- Certified Accountant (non‑negotiable)
- QuickBooks Online and Desktop and Xero experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work full‑time and independently
- Reliable, deadline‑driven, and process‑oriented
