Job Title
Associate, Contracting & Financial Operations

Job Summary
- Provides contract development and business support to the Contracting & Financial Operations Team Leads (Contract Operations Leads, Contract Strategy Leads, Vendor Financial Operations)
- General resource for internal and external stakeholders regarding Sponsor’s approach to BVSM contract processing, contract management, and applicable Sponsor policies and procedures.
- Drafts, reviews, confirms, and verifies contract and commercial terms inclusive of the scopes of service with various agreement types and Service Providers (low to medium complexity agreements) with supervisory oversight on more complex agreements.

Job Responsibilities
- With oversight, works independently in a structured environment using established systems and contracting compliance and business requirements to perform assigned tasks.
- Liaises frequently with stakeholders to ensure they understand and have realistic expectations of contracting process, systems, compliance & business requirements and contracting cycle times.




- Responsible for the independent preparation, commercial terms & conditions review, and finalization of low to medium complexity contract execution by conducting final review to ensure accuracy and completeness as well as coordinating and obtaining all necessary signatures of assigned non‑MSA agreements across BVSM‑assigned groups.
- Responsible for the preparation, commercial terms & conditions review, and finalization/execution of high complexity contract execution with supervisory oversight. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and completion as well as coordinating and obtaining all necessary signatures of assigned agreements across BVSM‑assigned groups.
- Partner with non‑BVSM functions to ensure appropriate contract template utilization, inclusive of Legal, Finance, and Source to Pay.
