A Day In The Life
As a Paid Media Supervisor, you’ll own the performance, strategy and growth of major multi‑channel paid media accounts. Working closely with the Associate Media Director for high‑level planning and direction, you’ll lead all day‑to‑day execution, optimization and reporting, guide an internal team to deliver integrated strategies, and drive client‑facing conversations to shape direction and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Successful end‑to‑end management and strategic oversight of designated paid media accounts.
- Meet pacing and KPI requirements for held accounts, ultimately working to set improved performance expectations.
- Own all paid media strategy, project ideation, road‑mapping and testing, leading the team with confidence and direction.
