Contract type: Permanent employee (under payroll) or freelance / contractor
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Argentina (PY) Consultant, with deep local payroll knowledge and strong functional implementation skills, capable of leading a small team.
Key Requirements
- Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization)
- Familiarity with SAP HANA or ECP infrastructure
- Fluent in Spanish and English




- Senior profile with autonomy and leadership experience

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct functional workshops
- Prepare BBPs and design documentation
- System configuration and implementation
- Lead a team of 24 consultants
