At Modelit, we seek a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining the platform. This role requires excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions, including designing, implementing, and enhancing new and existing features across core Salesforce products, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud.
- Manage user access and security, configure Salesforce settings (flows, processes, layouts, etc.), and oversee sandbox environments.
- Handle data management tasks, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Perform Salesforce organization maintenance and update tasks.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience working with Flows (building, troubleshooting,



and optimizing automation).
- Proven ability to design and implement best practice Salesforce solutions that scale and follow governance standards.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Agentforce, or similar solutions in day‑to‑day work.
- Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented with a logical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new Salesforce features and products.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with Data 360.
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Case Management in Salesforce.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in iterative delivery cycles.
- Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams across different time zones.
