The Role
The Sr Manager, Human Resources GSS will lead the Human Resources function for Wyndham’s Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end HR leadership and support to a workforce that delivers services primarily to the United States in different Business Areas. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources LATAMC, this position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, strong employee engagement, and alignment with Wyndham’s global HR strategies, policies, and culture.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Human Resources function supporting the Buenos Aires Shared Services organization.
- Execute core HR processes including employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR service delivery aligned with company processes and standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor to GSS leadership on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Monitors and controls workplace strategy and operation for the GSS.
You'll be successful if you have
- Proven experience leading HR teams in a shared services organization or multinational environment.
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting U.S. or global operations from Latin America.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.
- A strong client-orientation and service culture.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Shared services or regional HR experience preferred.
