Job Role Description
The Volumetric Movement Associate Analyst is responsible for assisting in timely and accurate volumetric processing as well as reconciliation of those movements in terminals, in transit and other manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations, in compliance with applicable controls.
What you will do
- Confirm volumetric movements (e.g., deliveries, receipts, write‑offs, rebrands, etc.) and prepare volumetric reports as needed.
- Reconcile assigned inventories per location and review and action open items monthly.
- Perform month‑end close process for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Work with traders and schedulers to understand business scenarios.
- Ensure work processes under responsibility comply with relevant controls requirements.
- For Manufacturing, perform Plant Mass Balance activities, ensure proper recording for net deliveries, consumption & production and oil loss variations. Work with operations to investigate Oil Loss variances above tolerance.
- Participate in training sessions.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics (or within 4 months of graduation).
- Advanced English (Fluent).
- Accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Power BI knowledge.
