Paramount is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team in Argentina.This role will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations, internal controls, and reporting processes.In addition to payroll responsibilities, the role will also support several HR Operations administrative activities.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end payroll processing for ArgentinaValidation and processing of payroll inputs (overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.)Compliance with Argentine labor laws, tax regulations, and CBAsPayroll reporting and reconciliationSupport on income tax (Ganancias)
