Blanc Labs is a premier partner for global enterprises, leading the way in digitization, automation, and the development of next-generation digital products and services.Our expertise in digital transformation powers businesses to accelerate service delivery, drive customer engagement, and foster growth.We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist in Argentina who will play a critical role in shaping AI-driven product decisions through data.This role partners closely with the AI Technical Product Manager and ML Engineers to identify opportunities, quantify impact, and ensure that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.You will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights—helping define what to build, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, and measuring the real-world impact of deployed AI features.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the AI Technical Product Manager to support data-driven decision-making across AI initiativesAnalyze datasets to assess the potential functional and business impact of proposed featuresDefine success metrics and measure post-implementation performance to evaluate vigente impactProvide actionable insights that inform product roadmap, prioritization, and ROICollaborate with ML Engineers to identify machine learning opportunities using proprietary datasetsDesign and execute experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) to validate product and AI feature effectivenessBuild dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholdersEnsure data quality, integrity,
