Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit?Founded in **** by Daniel Gilbert, we were built by engineers before we were a media agency.Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbers across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.Role type: Full-timeTeam: Data AnalyticsReporting to: Director, Data ScienceOffice: BARight to work: US / BAWhat's the roleAs a Junior Data Analyst at Brainlabs, you will independently deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and dashboards that drive client decision-making.You'll own end-to-end analytics projects, create compelling data narratives, and use advanced SQL, Python, or R to extract insights.This role is perfect for an analytically rigorous professional ready to take ownership of complex data challenges, using the outputs to drive more effective media programs.What you doIndependently deliver exploratory and diagnostic analyses with clear acceptance criteria, applying peer-reviewed analytical methodsOwn dashboard and reporting development in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, creating concise narratives and compelling visualizations that prompt business decisionsLead development and delivery of high-impact client-facing analysis deliverables that contribute to scaling media or elevate our status as a strategic partnerPerform data validation, QA, cleaning, feature engineering, and transformations to ensure data accuracy and reliabilityUtilize advanced SQL, Python, or R techniques for complex data manipulation and analysisApply machine learning and regression analysis techniques, evaluating results and comparing different models through hypothesis testingAssist in test design, tracking, and readouts for experimentation initiativesMaintain project management hygiene with clear documentation and runbooksProgress certifications (including AI-related learning)
