OverviewThe Strategic Insights team enhances the way in which Syneos Health shows up in front of commercial customers, by providing strategic insights derived from research, data analysis, and internal collaboration. The Analyst will support these efforts by conducting research, preparing analytical models, and communicating findings to key stakeholders. This is an entry level position, and the Analyst will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a fast‑moving team while building their career in Pharma.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze a broad array of measurements, including but not limited to brand performance, market dynamics, competitive landscaping, opportunity targeting, and asset segmentation
- Utilize available secondary data sources (e.g. claims data, prescription data, program activity data, etc.) to contribute to strategy development
- Transform raw data into actionable insight through modelling and data storytelling
- Collaborate with Business Development, Solution Design, Sales, Market Access and Medical teams to identify analytical needs
- Maintain data accuracy,



documentation, and version control
- Act as a valuable member of the Strategic Insights team, sharing best practices and learnings about industry trends

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑oriented field (General Business, Marketing, etc.) or in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences)
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related pharma industry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with basic statistical modelling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex outputs or ideas to non‑technical business partners

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Pharma commercialization concepts, data sources, and regulatory environment
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other querying language
- Interest in healthcare/pharma industry
