Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an English-Speaking Wedding & Events Sales Manager. The role involves managing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Wedding & Events Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting tailored proposals, collaborating with internal teams for seamless event execution, and representing Flowers Time Miami to elevate its presence in the events industry.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing event planning and management to ensure successful delivery of memorable experiences for clients.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, with a strong understanding of the wedding and events industry
- Strong skills in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals




- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Experience in planning Private Events, with a creative and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining active coordination with the team

What You’ll Do

- Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and send tailored proposals and quotes
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the full sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the sales pipeline
