We are seeking an Automation & AI Systems Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a core system: The Automated Client Journey. This role is responsible for building a fully automated, end-to-end client lifecycle primarily within GoHighLevel, with future expansion into AI-powered systems and advanced cross-platform automations.

Requirements

- Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel (required)

- Strong background in CRM architecture, funnel building, and lifecycle automation

- Proven experience designing end-to-end automation systems

- Experience integrating AI tools and platforms (OpenAI, ChatGPT APIs, Claude, etc.)

- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategy

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

- Advanced English (required)

Responsibilities

- Architect, build, and maintain a complete 7-stage automated client journey (from lead generation to retention)

- Develop high-converting landing pages, intake forms, and funnel entry points

- Track and attribute leads across multiple channels accurately

- Build automated email and SMS nurturing campaigns triggered by user behavior

- Create and optimize sales pipelines, booking systems, reminders, and follow-ups

- Design post-call workflows, including proposal generation and invoicing triggers

- Build automated onboarding systems and ensure smooth handoff from sales to fulfillment





- Implement internal and external communication automations to reduce manual processes

- Develop retention, re-engagement, upsell, and renewal automation systems

- Continuously optimize CRM performance, workflows, and funnels

- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize systems based on business needs
