Chief HPC Network Engineer

EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief HPC Network Engineer in Argentina to define the integral technical strategy for GPU infrastructure.

Establish architectural roadmaps and reference architecture for advanced AI, research and Kubernetes-based GPU infrastructure.

Enforce engineering standards and provide technical leadership across teams.

Architect, operate and optimize high‑performance network fabrics for large‑scale LLM and distributed AI workloads.

Design network observability and monitoring for Infini Band/RDMA and other HPC fabrics.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in high‑performance networking, Infini Band/RDMA, Kubernetes and GPU infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of AI workloads and distributed systems.

Experience delivering complex technical solutions at scale.
