Chemicals Industry - Management ConsultantAccenture Argentina is seeking an experienced consultant to support clients across the chemical industry, driving growth, innovation, and sustainable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and solve clients' toughest challenges, working with exceptional people, the latest technology, and leading chemicals companies.Help power growth and innovation at speed and scale, acting as good stewards of resources across analytics, sustainability, and customer experience.Support clients in building a safer, smarter, sustainable world, covering their end-to-end value chain and driving initiatives.Leverage industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and digital experience to boost efficiency.Engage with senior management as part of a go-to-market team and participate in project delivery.Develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.Deliver solutions with enterprise and digital technologies in chemical and processing units, capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, ERP processes, maintenance and reliability, sustainability, and industrial automation.Provide sound solutions across all aspects of the chemical value chain.Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.RequirementsEngineering or Master's degree in Chemical, Production, Mechanical, or similar streams.3–8 years consulting and/or chemical industry experience.Knowledge of business processes in the industry,



value chain and KPIs.Exposure to enterprise solutions such as SAP and/or business solutions like optimization tools, inventory management solutions, and similar.Knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.G., SAP-PM, SAP-SD, SAP-PP, SAP-QM, SAP-MM, SAP-FICO, SAP-IBP, SAP-TM).Experience implementing SAP Enterprise Transformations and/or digital transformation projects is preferable.Experience creating business cases and transformation roadmaps in the chemical industry.Exposure to operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in the industry.General perspective and understanding of the business marketplace.Proficiency in Python, SQL and other programming languages is an added advantage.QualificationsPeople management skills – supervision of junior resources.Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.Strong writing skills to build viewpoints on current industry trends.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.Excellent communication,
