Outbound Sales Consultant (Hourly + Commission)

We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for motivated outbound sales professionals who thrive on cold calling, closing deals, and earning uncapped commission.

Position Overview

As an Outbound Sales Consultant (Independent Contractor), you will be responsible for reaching out to cold and warm leads by phone, qualifying prospects, presenting payroll solutions, quoting pricing, and passing verified, ready-to-onboard clients to our onboarding team.

This is a high-volume outbound role adecuado for self-starters who want strong earning potential through both hourly pay and commission.

Most activity is outbound cold calling, with occasional inbound calls.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses
- Handle occasional inbound inquiries
- Build quick rapport and uncover payroll/HR needs

Present & Quote

Clearly explain APG payroll services and benefits

Handoff to Onboarding





Submit qualified, closed leads to the onboarding team

Compensation Structure (Hourly + Commission)

- You earn both a base hourly rate and commission on every client that successfully onboards and pays.
- $3–$5 per hour (based on experience)
- No cap on earnings

Requirements

Must Have

- Strong spoken English

- CRM experience

We provide scripts, training, and lead sources.

This is a contractor role (not an employee position).
