BLF.io / Blockchain Lawyers Forum is the leading network for web3 law, with 33 hubs across the globe. BLF brings together legal, compliance, tax, regulatory, fintech, and digital asset professionals working on blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, fintech, AI, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a versatile AI Design, Web & Operations Associate to help professionalize BLF’s brand, website, content production, AI workflows, automation, publications, podcast, academy, and social media execution.

This is not a pure graphic design role. We are looking for someone who combines strong design taste with web design, AI tools, no-code automation, video editing, social media execution, and junior product/operations capabilities.

You will work on

- BLF brand identity, visual assets, templates, and design consistency.
- Website redesign and landing page improvements.
- AI-supported workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools.
- Video editing for BLF Academy and the BLF Podcast.
- Social media assets for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Quarterly publication design.
- Content calendars and publishing workflows.
- Internal AI tool adoption and team support.





Ideal profile:
- Based in Argentina or LATAM preferred.
- Around 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong design taste.
- Comfortable with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe, Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Runway, Descript, CapCut, n8n, Make, Zapier, Notion, or similar.
- Technically comfortable, but not necessarily a software engineer.
- Strong written English.
- Interest in blockchain, fintech, AI, law, tax, compliance, or regulation is a plus.

Terms:
- Independent consultant role.
- Approx. 20 hours/week.
- USD 500–700/month, depending on experience and fit.
- Paid in USDC or equivalent stablecoin.
- 2-month trial period.
- Possible eligibility for the company’s long-term participation scheme after 6 months of successful collaboration, subject to performance, continued collaboration, and separate written terms.
