About the Role
We are seeking a 50% Remote/Work From Home results-driven, strategic Business Development Manager (Argentina) to drive revenue growth, establish high-value partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our business by combining strong sales acumen with sharp business analysis and high-level negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across key markets.
- Negotiate and structure high-value deals, partnerships, and client contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, product) to align on growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Track pipeline progress and provide regular reporting on KPIs and sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships (3–7 years preferred).
- Strong background in negotiation and closing high-value deals.
- Solid analytical and business strategy skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit goals.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Salary
$60,000 – $75,000
