What you'll do

- Mine research and turn it into direct-response creative strategy across our brand portfolio
- Write briefs for copywriters and editors who execute your angles
- Ship 30+ briefs a week with fast turnarounds and no precious attachment to concepts that aren't working
- Read daily performance data and kill or scale concepts based on what the numbers say

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of tracked DTC creative strategy. Performance creative for ecommerce brands spending real money on paid social. Not agency brand strategy. Not social media management. Not just copywriting.
- A portfolio with performance data. Ads you strategized alongside the numbers they hit — ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook and hold rates, spend. No numbers, no interview. Redact client names if you need to, but the metrics have to be there.
- AI-native workflow. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and whatever's newer — to mine reviews, generate angles, draft briefs, and move 5x faster.



AI is a tool you reach for, not something you're learning.
- Hook obsession. You can rattle off 20 hook frameworks from memory. You know what's working on Meta and TikTok this month, not last year.
- DR fluency. You understand the emotions, desires, beliefs, mechanisms, fascinations, and offers well enough to brief the people who execute them. You don't need to be a world-class writer — you need to think like one.
- Speed and ownership. Fast turnarounds, high volume, and the discipline to hit deadlines without anyone chasing you.
