For Pluscargo USA, a integral logistics company expanding in the United States, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Semi Senior)
You will be part of the commercial team, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the company’s sales pipeline.

Main responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and other platforms
- Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and follow up to generate qualified leads
- Schedule meetings with the sales team and support commercial initiatives
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Achieve targets related to lead generation and business opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, prospecting,
or lead generation roles – mandatory
- Advanced or bilingual English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Interest in sales and business development
