Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buenos Aires for a Professional Consultant. The consultant will engage directly with company management to assess their legal compliance needs, particularly concerning the LOPD. Responsibilities include performing audits, managing the registration of files with AGPDE, and drafting security documentation.



You will also personalize contractual clauses and documents as required to meet the specifications of different organizations.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of data protection laws, compliance frameworks, and legal regulations related to the LOPD
- Experience in auditing, drafting security documentation, and tailoring legal clauses for contracts
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in Spanish is required, and English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in compliance or legal consulting
