Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in San Juan.

The Project

Coordinator will manage the planning and execution of geothermal heating and cooling system installations, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, maintaining project documentation,



and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role will also involve working closely with the manufacturing team to oversee the production and delivery of the Otisco Ground-loop System.

Qualifications

- Project Management and Coordination experience, with knowledge of scheduling, budget management, and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with contractors, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and understanding of geothermal energy systems or renewable energy technologies preferred
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and relay technical designs and installation guidelines
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience in energy-related or construction projects is an advantage
