that enables technical teams to execute effectively.Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and implementation-ready.Build artifacts to support understanding and alignmentCreate process diagrams, workflows, and data models to visualize current and future states.Use data analysis to validate assumptions and support decision-making.Partner closely with delivery teamsWork alongside Project Managers to scope initiatives, support prioritization, and ensure alignment throughout execution.Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support solution implementation.Ensure continuity between design and deliveryAct as a point of reference during implementation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements and business outcomes.Support functional testing and validationDefine test scenarios and acceptance criteria, execute or support functional testing (UAT), and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements before release.Experience You Already Have3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within IT or systems-focused environments.Proven experience leading stakeholder conversations independently, including with senior or non-technical audiences.Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation for system implementations.Experience translating business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Hands-on experience building process diagrams (e.G., BPMN, flowcharts)
