Azumo is looking for a Business Analyst to lead software development initiatives and personalized development projects.You will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.This is a hands-on, results-oriented role for someone who excels at translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, and who embraces AI tools as a force multiplier in their daily work.The position is FULLY REMOTE based in Latin America.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and engineering teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements using structured techniques such as interviews, workshops, and process mapping.Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that development teams can implement without ambiguity.Lead discovery sessions and contribute to product definition, generating artifacts, wireframes, data dictionaries, gap analyses that inform current and future project phases.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready before development begins.Manage and prioritize the project backlog in JIRA/Notion in partnership with the Product Owner, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, estimated, and sequenced to meet sprint and release goals.Collaborate on the validation of delivered solutions against acceptance criteria, supporting UAT by providing clear requirement context and assisting stakeholders in the testing process.Maintain a living repository of project documentation (user stories,
