Location: Neuquén, ArgentinaWhat you can expectThe Sales Manager understands the customer needs and develops customer relationships, continuously expanding business by selling value and solutions that include technical, commercial, and legal aspects.Main responsibilitiesCreating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSEN's Vision and MissionRecognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSENRecognizing and developing new service, product and solution opportunitiesHaving a thorough understanding of customers' needs and requirementsMaintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clientsRecognizing and fulfilling Sales Manager tasks in accordance to ROSEN Uniform Service ProcessGenerating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market shareForecasting and tracking the assigned clients' sales figuresEvaluation of market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitabilityReceiving ROSEN product and service trainingMaintaining established ROSEN business software systemsWhat you will bringBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fieldsProven experience in a senior commercial or sales management roleStrong understanding of customer business models,



value drivers and strategic objectivesDemonstrated ability to reframe and challenge how customers view their business, translating insights into clear negotiation strategies and tender bidsProven experience navigating complex alternatives and solutions based on customer business value and objectivesAbility to actively contribute to and evolve existing Customer Value Propositions (CVPs)Experience identifying and driving improvements in sales processes and systems, particularly in response to changing customer behaviorsStrong track record in managing complex sales cycles, negotiations and high-value opportunitiesExcellent relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholdersAbility to work closely with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Pre-Sales and Technical teamsStrong communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage complex problem-solving scenariosHigh level of autonomy, ownership and decision-making capabilityFluent in English and SpanishWillingness to travel and visit customers and field locations when requiredAbility to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)What we offerThe function enables you to become part of an ambitious and growing organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.You will work with a national and international, dynamic and service-minded team that continuously strives for market leadership in the industries we serve.#J-*****-Ljbffr
