As a digital designer at one of the largest automotive companies globally, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging visual content. You'll work closely with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and a dynamic team of creatives to produce a wide range of innovative materials. You are a proactive, adaptable professional with a penchant for collaboration and high design standards. Your focus is on crafting visually striking, strategically aligned, and flawless designs that resonate and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the Creative Process: Participate actively in ideation to production, ensuring innovative and consistent deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Critically evaluate major projects, maintaining creative excellence and alignment with client goals.
- Effective Presentation: Confidently present work to clients alongside Creative Directors, articulating creative visions and enhancing brand messages.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships through active listening and understanding their objectives and feedback.
- Hands‑on Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to advance projects and identify areas for enhancement.
- Campaign Direction: Lead the conceptual and aesthetic development of campaigns, design projects,



and experiential activations.
- Innovation and Creativity: Set new industry benchmarks, ensuring all work remains intelligent, impactful, and scalable.
- Adaptability to Deadlines: Thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment, prioritizing tasks while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

- Design Experience: 2+ years in design and art direction within advertising and marketing.

- Collaborative Design: Work effectively with creative leads and copywriters to achieve brand‑aligned, strategic designs.
- Professional Presentation: Present work effectively with well‑reasoned rationale, especially to senior leaders and clients.
- Critical Thinker: Leverage creative and analytical skills to assess ideas from a conceptual lens.
- Brand Consistency: Experience in crafting brand style guides for cohesive touchpoints.
- Strategic Discussion: Contribute positively and constructively to discussions from conception through production.




- Industry Experience: Background in automotive or production industries preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Slack, and other design and collaboration tools.
