A general telecommunications company is urgently seeking an experienced Network Engineer for a long-term contract engagement.

This role requires deep hands-on skills across SD-WAN technologies and the ability to work in complex global enterprise environments, particularly across LATAM & US regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, operate, and support leading SD-WAN solutions (Versa, Fortinet, etc.).
- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot SD-WAN in enterprise environments.
- Integrate SD-WAN with existing WAN, LAN, and security infrastructures.
- Perform Day 0 / Day 1 / Day 2 activities and develop corresponding runbooks.
- Provide L3/L4 support, deep-dive troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Work on migrations, upgrades, greenfield deployments, and network enhancements.
- Create and maintain configuration standards, network diagrams, and documentation.
- Support multi-region deployments,



primarily across LATAM and the US.
- Ensure alignment with security policies and global network standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise networking with strong SD-WAN focus.
- Hands-on expertise with Versa and Fortinet SD-WAN; exposure to Cisco Viptela, Silver Peak, or others is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), MPLS, VPNs, firewalls, and IPsec.
- Experience with WAN optimization, QoS, and traffic engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network architectures.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across layers L2–L4.
- Strong communication skills for working with global client teams.
