As AI Data Engineer, you will design and build the AI-powered systems that convert raw proof into structured, searchable, and actionable intelligence across MEDLIFE.

This role is not about experimenting with AI in isolation. It is about building production-grade systems where AI is a core capability. You will own the design of pipelines, retrieval architecture, internal tools, and recommendation logic, while ensuring those systems work reliably in real operational environments. What you will do

- Build the proof intelligence engine from the ground up
- Design AI-powered workflows that turn raw content into structured data
- Build and maintain production pipelines for processing, enrichment, and retrieval
- Develop search and recommendation systems that surface the right proof at the right time
- Create internal tools that non-technical teams can use effectively
- Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities pragmatically based on business value, reliability, and speed
- Connect system outputs to conversion data and feedback loops
- Improve the system continuously through iteration, measurement, and production learning
- Make tradeoffs across speed, accuracy, cost, usability, and maintainability

- design systems that combine AI components with software engineering best practices
