We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director / Graphic Designer to join our team in a hybrid creative leadership role.

This position goes beyond design execution. The adecuado candidate will not only create high-level visual assets, but also lead client communication, oversee creative direction, manage ongoing projects, and supervise animation deliverables from concept to final execution.

The right candidate should feel comfortable balancing creativity, organization, and client-facing responsibilities while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

-Responsibilities:

- Lead strategy and development of creative campaigns while ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns, branding, marketing, and social media
- Communicate directly with clients through meetings and ongoing project management
- Manage and oversee creative projects from concept to delivery
- Supervise animation and motion design deliverables to ensure quality and brand consistency




- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to understand creative needs and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Remain current on emerging design, branding, and digital trends
- Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality/cost control

-Qualifications:

- Strong experience in graphic design, creative direction, and branding
- Experience managing client relationships and leading creative conversations
- Understanding of motion graphics and animation workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience working collaboratively with designers, animators, and creative teams
