In this role, you will be the expert on qualitative user research within ZeCompany and investigate user / consumer experiences and behaviours with our multi-national teams.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Key Pillars of the Role**:
- Establish User Research Strategy_
You will be responsible for designing a user / consumer research strategy for the ZeCompany and our courier business model across different countries. This includes creating a standardized research methodology, training team members on research methods & principles, and implementing a user understanding process across different countries.
- Lead Internal User / Consumer Research Projects_
This task entails leading the full scope of running qualitative research projects to tackle our growth challenges:
- Design, scope, and run the research process
- Facilitate synthesis, generating insights and opportunities
- Creatively articulate the insights and stories
- Mentoring_
Acting as a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding teams on user / consumer understanding (motivations, values, behaviours, etc.) and providing collaborators with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organisational growth and answering questions. Providing hands-on support to all employees & collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles & helping us to always put our customers & users first!**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be the key voice of our target and adjacent user / customer, identifying new opportunities for solving customer problems,
creating a common understanding of user motivations and possible differences amoung countries.
- Centralize & systemize key research proccesses to guarantee quality and camparison among different countries.
- Assist the team in assessing and evolving their research methodologies for deeper customer understanding and enhancing user experiences
- Educate & train the teams on user research methodologies
- Synthesize and think about systems-level patterns and frameworks
- Communicate and tell stories using writing, visuals, and verbal communication
- Foster a culture of customer centricity & relentless learning
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Experience in leading user / consumer research projects.
- Hands-on expertise & fluency in qualitative design research. Sound ability to scope a research process, lead fieldwork, conduct interviews and do desk research.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such es marketing, growth, customer experience & product
- Interest in working with multi-cultural teams across different countries. Curiosity to learn from a spectrum of perspectives.
- Creative storytelling abilities - the ability to make an audience think/feel things they wouldn’t have otherwise.
- Leading with empathy for our customers
- Someone with a solid background in deisgn (graphic, product, UXUI)
- Proficiency in Spanish & English
- Conversational Portuguese is a plus
