We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven COO to help us scale smarter. Unicoin is entering a critical phase: multiple high-impact initiatives, rapid content and product development, and a need to unlock operational leverage to match our creative and commercial ambitions.

The COO is the CEO’s key partner in turning vision into action, driving clarity, speed, and efficiency. You’ll work across teams to align priorities, remove friction, and scale the company in a smart, measurable, and values-driven way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead business planning cycles and cross-functional alignment processes.
- Drive the rollout of AI-first tools and operational stack, in close partnership with leaders and champions.
- Partner with the CEO to scale the business in both profit and reach: spearheading general expansion, growing strategic alliances, and increasing investor engagement.
- Identify inefficiencies and operational gaps: fix them with a lean, data-informed mindset.




- Collaborate closely with IT and Product to streamline internal systems and speed up go-to-exchange and go-to-market processes.
- Oversee the Operations, Partnerships and Business Intelligence teams to ensure strong operational rhythm and data-led decision-making.
- Collaborate to drive company-wide FP&A; processes, including forecasting, budget tracking, and scenario planning.
- Develop dashboards and operating reviews that provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Provide quarterly updates to executive leadership with results against OKRs.

**Requirements**:

- +10 years of experience in operations, consulting, business strategy, or startup leadership (bonus: COO, Chief of Staff, or Head of Ops in a high-growth environment).
- Proven ability to scale teams, systems, and processes — ideally in a product-driven or creative-led business.
- Comfort with ambiguity, high velocity, and changing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
