This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.

**What you'll need**:

- Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in South Cone
- Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution
- Problem Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues
- Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently
- Product Improvement:



Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders

**What you'll do**:

- Years of Experience/Industries:At least one year of professional experience
- Communication*: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
