As a **logistics assistant**, your main challenge will be the tracking, analysis, and/or execution of logistics operations.

**Your challenges**:

- Generation and preparation of Foreign Trade Documents (manual reports where information is prepared and provided to suppliers for customs clearance and/or last-mile process)
- Tracking shipments through various links of the logistics chain




- Updating progress on shipments and cargoes
- Resolution of tickets related to the sector that are escalated from Customer Service
- Issuing alerts to customers when necessary
- Interacting with service providers

**Required Skills**:

- University student in related careers
- Excel (mandatory)
- Intermediate English (No mandatory)
- Organizational skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in related roles
- Portuguese
- Data analytics tools (power bi, tableau, looker studio)
