**What You Will Do**:

- Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points
- Work and communicate directly with end users or vendors
- Review and provide ample feedback on documented business requirements to be able to fulfill acceptance criterias
- Develop clear and concise technical and process documentations
- Assist other Ecolab, internal and external to the platform team with technical issues or solutions for requirements
- Manage the release process, including doing the deployment of items and following with the Ecolab Change Management process
- Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
- Assist project teams and vendors with efforts needed

**Minimum Requirements**:

- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years IT work experience
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM
- Proficiency in JavaScript,



HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development
- Experience with Integrations with other systems
- Experience working with vendors
- Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
