**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Partner closely with marketing, creative, Growth,



and operations teams to execute campaigns efficiently and on schedule.
- Iterate on designs based on campaign performance, feedback, and insights (CTR, engagement, conversions).
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

**Must Haves**:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).

**Nice To Haves**:

- Experience with dynamic content, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Experience working within brand systems or design guidelines.
