**What is the job about?**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Answer customer chats from Grundfos website and Grundfos Product Center
- Answer transferred calls from Grundfos local sites
- Create self-help templates for customers to be loaded into chatbot

**Your background**

We imagine that you have:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Vocational Certification is acceptable
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 3 years of technical background
- Fluent in English language (test required), Portuguese will be an advantage
