**Major Areas of Responsibility**
- Prepares and assists in the completion of more complex financial deliverables
- Executes accounting assignments that are varied and possibly difficult
- Performs reconciliations of AP accounts
- Performs review/monitoring and QA of AP processing
- Performs research and analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with business segments and stakeholders
- Assists in monitoring key performance indicators
- Maintain compliance with internal controls including SOX
- Supports integrations (M&A;) and/or system implementations
- Assist to ensure team meets all deadlines and deliverables in a timely and accurate manner
- Committed to continuous learning and a continuous improvement culture
- Committed to developing best practice solutions
- Foster open communication and innovative thinkin

**Basic Qualifications**
- Associate Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of accounting experience

**Other Requirements**
- Problem analysis and resolution at a functional level; critical thinking skills - detail and results oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact both with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills required
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with

**Preferred**
- BA or BS in Accounting, Finance
- Knowledge of financial practices
- Knowledge of auditing concepts - System-savvy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Experience with system integrations, requirements gathering
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to influence peers within Global Accounting, segment and overseas partners
- Problem solving, attention to detail and results oriented
- Ability to work extended hours
