**What we do**:We offer shipping insurance coverage (inland marine) for packages shipped via UPS, FedEx, the USPS and most major shipping carriers. Our rates are at a discount to the carrier rates and the claims process is completely online and processed quickly. We are a small, casual inside sales agency without walk-in traffic.

**Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Process and manage large amount of incoming and current claims.
- Communicate with customers regarding open claims.
- Discuss claims & file claims with the shipping companies, such as UPS & FedEx.
- Answer customer support questions.
- Scanning documents.

**Requirements include**:

- Computer and internet experience is a must.
- Customer service experience and ability to manage potentially irate customers.
- Ability to multi task and stay organized.
- QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Proficient using the Internet for research.
- Superb attendance record.
- High School diploma
