**Job Summary**:
Pyyne is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with experience in the biopharma sector to work as a consultant for a US-based client out of our South American office(s). This is a high-impact role for Pyyne as we rapidly expand our Data practice globally.

**Technical Skills**:
**Must Have Core Competencies**:

- 5+ years data engineering experience
- Expert-level Azure Databricks and Apache Spark
- Advanced Python and PySpark development
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, data modeling)
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines at scale





**Nice to Have's**:

- Previous MDM platform implementation experience
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background
- Experience with CRM integrations
- Exposure to international data systems/SQL databases

**Experience**:

- Proven track record with customer deduplication or entity resolution projects
- Experience with fuzzy matching algorithms and probabilistic record linkage
- Data quality framework implementation
- Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementation
